Music has the power to nourish the soul and bring warmth to our lives. On December 1, 2025, our school hosted the "Music for All" Interactive Music Workshop, sponsored by the "JC Project MuSE," aiming to provide a moment of harmony and peace for our students and teachers through the beauty of melodies.
We were honored to have the Music Team from The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and renowned recorder player Mr. Lau Sze-chung with us. Mr. Lau not only performed beautifully but also introduced students to various types of recorders and their unique timbres. From the high, crisp notes to the deep, mellow tones, the diverse range of sounds fascinated the audience, deepening their appreciation for the instrument family. Following this, the EdUHK Music Team guided students through interactive listening activities, where everyone engaged deeply with the music.
This workshop was more than an educational exchange; it was a journey of spiritual enrichment. We sincerely thank our guests for connecting the Lok Wah Catholic Primary School community through music, allowing us to find comfort and positive energy in each other's company.
