中華文化源遠流長，博大精深。在新年假期前的最後一個上課天 (2025年1月24日)，本校舉行了「中華文化日」。不少學生精心打扮，穿上傳統中國華服回校，讓整個校園洋溢著濃厚的中華文化氣息，並感受到農曆新年的喜慶氛圍。
本年度「中華文化日」的主題為「樂天熊貓迎新春」，活動豐富多彩，包括熊貓及揮春拓印、舞龍和足毽體驗、中國剪紙、捶丸和蹴鞠體驗、新春掛飾/福袋製作、大熊貓知多啲、低碳新春大掃除、許願樹活動等。
此外，老師們還為學生安排了各式各樣的攤位遊戲，讓學生在遊戲中學習中華文化知識。學生們還有機會品嘗懷舊小吃——麥芽糖餅！感謝家長教師會的大力支持及家長義工的幫忙。學生們踴躍參與，盡情投入各項遊戲和活動，寓學於樂。
希望這次「中華文化日」能激發學生對中國傳統習俗及文化的興趣，促進中華文化的傳承與發展。
Chinese culture is profound and extensive, with a history that spans millennia. On the last school day before the New Year holiday (January 24, 2025), our school celebrated 'Chinese Culture Day'. Many students dressed up in traditional Chinese attire, filling the campus with a strong atmosphere of Chinese culture and the festive spirit of the Chinese New Year.
The theme of this year's 'Chinese Culture Day' was 'Celebrating the Chinese New Year with the Giant Pandas'. The event was filled with vibrant activities, including panda and couplet printing, dragon dance and shuttlecock kicking experiences, Chinese paper cutting, cuju (蹴鞠) and chuiwan (捶丸) experiences, New Year decorations and lucky bag making, panda knowledge sessions, low-carbon Spring Festival cleaning, wishing tree activities, and more.
Additionally, teachers organized various booth games for the students, allowing them to learn about Chinese culture through playful engagement. Students also had the chance to taste traditional snacks such as maltose biscuits. We extend our gratitude to the Parent-Teacher Association for their strong support and to the parent volunteers for their help. The students enthusiastically participated in all the games and activities, thoroughly enjoying the fun while learning.
We hope that this 'Chinese Culture Day' sparks the students' interest in traditional Chinese customs and culture, promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese cultural heritage.
